What is a prefabricated bathroom pod?
A bathroom pod is a bathroom manufactured as a room module in a factory. Interior finishes, sanitary fittings and internal services are assembled before delivery. Site work includes positioning, agreed connections and functional checks.
Which projects are suitable for bathroom pods?
Bathroom pods can suit repeated layouts in hotels, serviced apartments, student accommodation and residential developments. Early design coordination, suitable building interfaces and installation access are essential. Suitability is assessed for each project.
How much does a MODUBATH bathroom pod cost?
A firm price requires an agreed layout, specification, quantity and scope of supply. Design, a prototype bathroom, transport, positioning and connection works need to be considered alongside the pod itself. MODUBATH does not currently publish a confirmed price list; quotations are prepared for individual projects.
What sizes and lead times does MODUBATH offer?
Compact and Comfort are product concepts in development. Indicative internal floor areas are 2.5–3.5 m² and 3.5–5.0 m² respectively. Final dimensions, construction, technical evidence and lead times are confirmed with the manufacturing partner for each project.
What information is needed for a project review?
Send the location, building use, bathroom quantity, layouts and intended programme to info@modubath.com. Service shaft locations, connection requirements and installation access are also useful. These details help us agree the requirements and next design steps.
